I do not recommend this insurance company. It's a shame that there is no option to not give stars at all. I had an accident three weeks ago that was not my fault. My car is totally loose. I still haven't received any money or hire a car. They are rude on the phone. I will be writing an official complaint.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just spoke them on the phone to cancel my car insurance because I sold my car. They said £75 cancellation fee plus 15% of whole policy amount? I said what? I said firstly the cancellation fee is too high but I do understand the cancellation fee you have to do but what the hell is 15% of the amount of whole year policy? they said sorry its how our business works. This is absolutely rubbish. I never heard this before. They basically stealing people money. Stay away this thief company.

Avoid for learner driver insurance!!...
Took the full 12 month payment and they WONT refund pro rata less an admin fee once you have passed your test. Told there small print says NO refunds. Passed after 4 weeks so would have expected some sort of refund.

Do not use this company, they cancelled our Van insurance after they supposedly wanted to 'confirm the correct mileage', after they tried emailing but we never recieved any emails, only the one cancelling the policy for no reason. They had no number on file to call us either which is strange. Charging us £90 for cancelling our policy which we did not agree too, and only giving us a discount on that if we renew with them at an extortionate rate, con artists! We have been driving around with no insurance for weeks because of this company, if something had serious had happened then we would be in serious trouble. Disgusting way to do business.

I did an online car ? insurance policy via Go Compare. The best price for me.

On occasions I have needed to speak to City Insurance. They are Insurance Brokers. They deal with you quickly, efficiently and professionally.

I would not hesitate to recommend them, especially if you like to speak to someone in person.

There is a wonderful young lady I spoke to called Jess. Very nice service and great telephone skills.

Warning never use this insurance company, they don't deserve the 1 star review and I could go on and on how bad this company are. Never hand over any money to elaborate scam of a company, worse i ever dealt with and if your reading this, your either know exactly, what they are, or you nearly got stung by this legal, somehow, I must state. How they can keep getting away with it and are still in business, I don't know. Warning again never hand over your hard earned money.

Cancelled my insurance and charged £95 for the pleasure after they requested proof of address and before i had chance to send it in. No follow up phone call just an easily missed email. Poor quality phone lines, hard to hear/understand, lines were out of action for 24h when attempting to contact. Beware this seems to have happened to lots with this company, its clearly how they think they can make some extra money.
