I don't really understand where all these negative reviews have come from but from my experience with the company it has been very easy and straight forward.

I have a pixel 7 pro and about two months into my insurance with them the screen shattered and it was as simple as opening a case on their website, sending it off and waiting about a week and I had my phone back repaired and good to go.

Also I will add when I received it back they gave me a repair sheet to show what had been repaired and it turned out the speakers were only working in one speaker which they fixed (very nice to have full volume back) so it just goes to show they aren't a slap dash job, they properly test every part on it before sending it back.

I did a claim on which they took over a month and asked for hundreds of proof then at the end they were asking for something which was impossible which wasn’t even a 1% important and thats it they declined the claim coz they know if there is something which wasn’t possible . please don’t ever thinking of this insurance Thanks

I had a rather peculiar conversation with the company after filing a claim. During our discussion, it was revealed that they could send a replacement phone in any color, not necessarily matching the original. When I inquired about their inventory process, it turns out they source replacement parts from eBay and Amazon. Given this, it's no surprise that the replacement phone I received deviates significantly from my original in terms of color. Additionally, the screen quality is subpar; it lacks an anti-fingerprint coating, is not properly fitted, and even has a small chip on the underside. This certainly doesn't meet the criteria for a 'Grade A' replacement.

Had my phone stolen on holiday and filed a claim in Jun. It took over 4 weeks of back and forth emails to sort out a replacement phone (I think they thought I was trying to scam them?) However, after many emails and confirmation of many many details, my claim was confirmed and I was sent a brand new iPhone 13 Pro. Very pleased with the device, it is the exact same as my stolen phone. Despite slow service, the device quality made up for it!

I was very shocked as I lost my iPhone 14 and put a claim in and then red all the reviews and thought I've been scammed. Well was nothing like that o did have to send a bit of information but called in and they was very helpful. I now have mu new iPhone 14 in the post will be receiving tomorrow. So happy with the end result will be taken another policy out for my partners galaxy fold great stuff thanks citymain

I’ve been paying £10 a month on one device for over 3-4 years and £12.99 on another device ontop of the other device for the last two years. Made a claim on a broke iPhone 12 and after sending it tracked delivery the phone got lost. Two days later it was found and undergone the repair. when it was returned there was dirt in the camera. I turned a blind eye to this because of the desperate need for the phone back but later started to develop a fault with the speaker after I had sold the supposedly refurbished iPhone to my girlfriends younger brother. Anyway I contacted the company about the 90 day after repair guarantee period at which point the phone was in perfect condition and was asked to send pictures and evidence of the phone to the companies email (specific photos of front back all 4 sides). Since then the phone has been dropped and the back glass has a small crack in it and after sending the phone off to be ‘reviewed’ I was told further damage voids the 90day after care guarantee period I just feel like I could’ve been looked after given these circumstances but they’ve played on the fact the phone has a crack on the back even though the issues were reported before the crack was done picture proof verifies this with dates ect and stripping the phone to repair the speaker doesn’t involve removal of the rear glass anyway. Also the dirt behind the camera was there on the picture. Just don’t think you’ll be ‘looked after’ by choosing them anyway Both phones are getting cancelled when This phone is returned.

The worst company ever! Would give zero if it was possible! Went on holiday & turned mobile data off so that we would not incur roaming charges and just used wifi, phone broke when we came back, but they have rejected the claim because they are saying the phone usage shows the data was off, have explained to them a million times but they refuse to listen as they just want any excuse to reject the claim, very unhelpful! Work against their customers instead of with them!

Complete scam of a company. Made it completely impossible to make a claim, was asking for documents Vodafone had said they have never had to send before. Then asking why I had 2 numbers (one was for work), proof of my second number, made me pay to register my phone lost.

In the end I gave up as 2 months went by and every time I sent near impossible paperwork to get I was asked for more paperwork.

Go up
