I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect from my appointment with Corinne but she has a warm, friendly manner and soon put me at ease.
Corinne was very helpful and thorough. She asked lots of questions about myself, my lifestyle and how my hair has been in the past compared to what it is like now. She asked about the products I used and if I coloured my hair.
By the end of the session she knew all about my hair and was able to come to an informed decision based on her expert knowledge and understanding of the subject.
I have now started using the product Corinne suggested would help my condition and I can’t wait to see the results!

Corinne is very professional and combines her expert knowledge with a very caring and supportive approach. She first diagnosed my alopecia and referred me to my GP for medical treatment.
