Claim Concepts deserves the highest praise. Eric Thomas and his associates took care of a very complicated claim for us when a massive oak tree fell on our 1910 house. The initial estimate from the adjuster was completely inadequate, less than a quarter of our policy limits. All the contractors we talked to said it would cost at least 4x the estimate to repair and that it would be cheaper and easier to rebuild instead of repair. Insurance would not revise their estimate, wanted us to select a contractor and begin work and then submit supplement requests for additional money as needed.

It was at this point that we engaged Eric. He was able to quickly submit a counter estimate with a proper accounting for all damage and the full scope of repairs needed. He fought on our behalf for almost 8 months, and finally the insurance declared the dwelling a total loss and paid limits.

I cannot express how grateful we are for Eric's work and also for our decision to hire him. Our only regret is that we didn't hire him sooner! If you have a large claim on your hands, you need to seriously consider hiring a public adjuster. There's absolutely no way that we would have made it through this without Claim Concepts!

Eric did an amazing job getting us what we needed to repair our home from water damage. The insurance company was really making it difficult and refusing to pay what was needed to repair our house. Eric was able to help get more than what I anticipated so we could put our house back together. We have a cabin in Blairsville, Georgia that had a bathroom water leak that caused quite a bit of damage. The cabin had not had anyone in it for months....the wooden floors were black with mold and there was extensive damage. Our deductible was $7,600.00. After sending a rep out to assess the damage our insurance company assured us that the damage wasn't even close to that amount so it would be futile for us to put in a claim. Yeah, well that was ridiculous so we contacted Claim Concepts. They were awesome to work with. The claim ended up being $28,000.00. Big difference!! I would recommend using Greg and Eric at Claim Concepts any time you have an insurance problem. They were both so patient and helpful!! Hopefully we will not need to hire them again, but would in a heartbeat if needed!!
