Really pleased to have HMRC just confirm my refund. Claim It Back Refunds have worked through everything brilliantly and to schedule. Lots of issues to resolve as we went along but it was never a problem for them. Absolutely amazing. What would we have done without Wayne? I usually do my own admin and spent a while wondering if I could do this myself. I also couldn't work out how to choose between the different companies that offer the service and worried that Claim It Back were one of the cheaper options. But we 100% needed them and there is no way that any other company would have been better. At every step and with every question, they were helpful, quick, informed and on my side. They provided letters, lists and answers to queries to make sure I got every invoice that I could possibly include. They took over all of the official paperwork and now that our claim is complete, I would say that we got back well over £5,000 that we wouldn't have claimed otherwise (and far, far quicker). I can't say enough nice things - I'm beyond impressed. It's the best value for money of any service we used during the whole build. Thank you thank you thank you!

Following a lengthy self build the last thing I wanted to do was deal with HMRC to claim back the VAT. I found Claim it Back online and OMG what an amazing service you get from start to finish! Send off your invoices and they literally do it all for you, then give you a detailed list of what you can and can’t claim, even letters to help with suppliers for incorrectly charged VAT, full liaison with HMRC and all for such amazing value for money! Can’t fault anything, thank you Wayne, much appreciated
