Frustrated to death that I couldn’t put my PROPER address in. Once entering my postcode it gave me NO OPTION to manually enter my address or edit the ones that were there. It gave 3 options out of 10 for the actual address - which includes a name and a number - or 10 extra ones with the numbers only. NONE of them are my registered address. The nearest one was 4 doors away!!! And you couldn't even contact them to explain. If I did get compensation it would probably go to address which just has the house number and not the additional name and I've learnt from bitter experience that parcels etc delivered to them are kept and not passed on!! Ridiculous that you cant manually enter an address. There are at least FOUR addresses that I know with exactly the same number and road name in about a two mile distance - two of them within 200 metres! Unless you can enter the name and the number of a house to specify exactly its location it is meaningless. My road is probably 15 miles long and goes through various towns!
