In the middle of the night, my family and I were awoken to smoke detectors sounding and thick black smoke. Our house was on fire!!! As I stared at my house burn, I wondered, what will we do where will we go? I contacted my insurance company, and they jumped right into action. My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Terrance Cohen. He was available, professional and kept us in the loop of every detail. This has been a rocky couple of months for us but he made this an easy process. My family had a fire on Christmas Day. We were extremely blessed to all make it out but we lost virtually all of our belongings. Painful and stressful is an understatement. Hiring Terrance to make sure our best interest was served is the best decision we could have made! Todd represented us for a fire claim. Although our settlement was fair, he wasn’t willing to answer our questions. We were upset and needed someone to be patient with us. He ignored most of our phone calls but did respond to emails eventually

I had a tree diaster on May 15, 2015. Seems the insurance company was pressuring me to hire someone to rebuild. I did not want to do that.
I hired Todd Fischer to take over for me dealing with the insurance company etc.
I have never been so happy with anyone's services. He kept me informed as to what was happening at all times, did all the inventory, and dealt with insurance company so I didn't have to.
Todd got me more money than I ever expected to get. He just took care of everything.
I would highly recommend his company to anyone dealing with an insurance company claim.
His company is very professional and detailed.
He took the stress off of me. That's what I wanted.
