BEWARE THIS CAN COST YOU DEARLY
There is a tax allowance for married couples that you can CLAIM BY YOURSELF quite easily (online) and you receive all the money.
If you fall for this “No win No Fee” scam it could cost you thousands of pounds.
This firm is offering to complete a tax refund claim on your behalf (for a 50% fee)
The envelopes etc all look so good.
Trouble is that you are signing up for them to make a general tax refund claim on your behalf and if you were for example due a tax refund on another reason, this firm will receive half of that as well.

Just received a letter from this company. Claim marriage tax allowance. They take over 50% of any back dated money payments. This is something you can do yourself in 10 minutes or get someone to do for you if you are not confident on the internet. These are rip off merchants and should be banned. Ps this company is not FCA authorised. Use at your own risk.

Total rubbish!!! never answer the phone! After 18 months don't even know my name to find any information.

Like all the other companies don't have your interest at heart. Keyboard warriors, all they do is send one line emails asking for the same info even with a claim number. Get a grip!

WARNING This company is just like any other " claims " company - they take 40% PLUS VAT of any refund plus an admin fee. You can contact HMRC yourself and get all the money. The Limited Company behind " Claims Advisory Service " is dormant according to companies house. There will be an article about this on Money Saving Expert website soon.

Received unsolicited claim form, contacted to remove my details which they did. Can claim this yourself by contacting HMRC directly with no costs and you will receive full amount. Claims Advisory Service charge a fee of 40% plus vat do you get less than half of what your entitled to.

The sneaky thing is that they send a form to you through the post that looks very much like what you get from the tax man. (Brown envelope with a window and same size).

This kind of thing should be shut down. I don’t care that they show the percentage they take. It still will con many a poor mug!
