Peter is incredibly knowledgeable about the insurance industry and claims process. However, his ability to explain and guide you through the process is very poor. Communication from the earliest stages was erratic and unpredictable. We had never made a claim prior, and was hoping to understand the process and the time and steps needed. It never happened, had to beg and plead for info and status constantly. Did not realize it would take 1-1/2 years to complete, and that was after we gave up.
We did get a significant amount more than the insurance company offered, but had we known the entire process, we could have received more, likely.
I would not recommend using him for residential claims public adjusting.
