After getting the worst cust service in my life from Adjuster Lindsey Devivo(she absolutely never answers her phone ever, even tho she says on VM that she is in office everyday of week fr 9-6 and she'll call me once every 3 days and that is it.[Please do yourself a favor and never ever get AAA for ins.]) of AAA, whom has been processing my claim to cover the damages to my motorcycle fr an accident in which her client was at fault, I am now having issues with this appraising company.
They txt me yesterday at 1139A and assured me the appraiser wld contact me within 24 hrs and that i cld txt them bk with concerns. I txt them yesterday and no reply, called them 3 xs later and went to machine each time.
Asked this morn via txt why thr was no response to my txt and when was appraiser going to.contact me. Got a reply that said they contacted appraiser again to contact me. I got off work an hr ago and called them, ALICIA RICHARDSON answered and I told her the sitxn and asked why appraiser had not called me. She did not address my complaint, jst said shed call appraiser and mentioned appraiser is a mgr. I asked her why it was a mgr that was handling my claim but she ignored my question and immed put me on hold. Of course, the appraiser did not answer at all, she told me. I asked her again why the appraiserbwas a mgr and if anyone was going to address my complaint for a 2nd time, did not get vulgar whatsoever and I heard a click as she HUNG UP ON ME.
Called bk right away and talked to a great rep, ALICIA J and she said that the other Alicia put in notes that we were disconnected, which was clearly a lie. She apologized profusely and said she wld let her mgr know what happened in the prev call with ALICIA RICHARDSON. She tried calling my appraiser again to no avail, of course. Thank you to Alicia J for the great cust svc but the prev trend was very troubling and I think that anyone'd agree that hanging up on a customer is inexcuseable.
I will adjust the 1 star rating accordingly but it is not going well overall with this Claim co. and I do not expect to hear fr the appraiser by end of business today.
Finally got assigned a diff area appraiser, Theresa, and she was very good and reliable and everything was taken care of by her within a few day.
Claim process had plenty of drama but in the end, Robert Bartlett took great care of the assessment of my motorcycle loss.
