I’ve worked with Sam and the Clarke mortgage team for over 10 years now. They have done many of my personal mortgages (I’m a portfolio landlord) and they have done many more for buyers if our estate agent auction properties.
Without exception Sam can problem solve to find the best mortgage matching client to property and put in the effort needed to get it over the line.
I don’t recommend many people. Sam is one of the very few.
