Worst experience with an Insurance Company you could Imagine / Broke down in Switzerland on The Furka Pass and was recovered by Alps who where very good but dumped at a garage 80km from hotel on a Saturday Night / After many phone calls a taxi was arranged via the Insurance company which cost 250 Swiss Francs and later found out this was around 100 Francs over the top / No help with hire car or hotels we where left totally in the Dark / Truck could not be fixed and was transported back to the uk which took forever and a day / When it arrived back at my garage it had over £5000 of damage ( Burst airbags / Damaged Tyres and wheels / Damaged Gear stick / Bumper dinted / Dinted Side step ) to name few / The Guy that delivered the truck had the Air ride issue in his notes although at no point where we made aware / He Started the Truck in Reverse with the Air Ride Down and reversed off the tow truck Causing more Damage / When the truck went onto the Ramps the back wheel exploded as there had been an air pressure Bubble threw tightening the straps up to tight / We are Months down the line now and been short changed on The Breakdown Claim ( They Revert back to policy but have not fulfilled there side of ASSIST ) They did nothing and we now have a claim in for the damage it looks like this may have to go to Court / We have written notification of the truck damage when it left Switzerland and only a gear box issue and we get the truck back with lots of other damage only to be told it wont be the first and wont be the last vehicle to be damaged in transit
Calls are not returned and liability still not excepted and nobody cares even at the Top
This wont go away and we will fight this but if you Value your Vehicle look elsewhere for your insurance
I always thought your Broker was there to help !!!!!!!!

Having been insured with classic line for several years my policy was now due to renew, I had to speak to several advisers there because this year I wanted to add an additional vehicle to the policy , what I was left with after parting with my money was 1 insured vehicle, 1 uninsured, and less money in my account. The uninsured vehicle is my pride and joy, it took 4 1/2 years to rebuild at great expense, hard work, and years of searching. I can’t imagine the pain I would have felt if there was an issue in my garage, where it sits on a trickle charger, and I had lost my now uninsured car. Having spoken to them this morning after reading through the policy I was sent, I was left very disappointed and upset with the manager who didn’t see the situation from my point of view, they continually spoke over me, offered no resolution to the problem, had listened to my original call, and held all the answers, I was told I had to pay for another policy, I was offered no discount, or an apology for the staff under them messing up my very straightforward request on the phone the previous day. What would this company be like if I had to make an actual claim, I can only imagine. No doubt it would all be my fault and I’d have to pay through the nose again and again, and be left with a ruined car

Just a quick note to confirm the excellent customer service from Classic Line. I had my No Claims Bonus on my Classic Line policy, as I was using my classic as my only car, daily driver. When I bought another car as a daily driver they released the NCB so I could use it on the new policy, quickly and easily, no fuss, no charge! I chose Classic Line as the best price for my classic, but I've been pleasantly surprised by how good they are as a customer.

Spent ages filling the form online trying to get it to to actually give me a quote but it just wouldn't except I was self employed as an occupation so eventually just gave up.

What can I say! Just bought a VW Bay Window and they quoted me very happy! Policy includes a lot of things most other companies charge extra for, like breakdown, etc. Would recommend for anyone to give these guys a call.
