What a brilliant job Dylan has done on our well trodden and slightly dirty carpet due mostly to the dogs feet, it has to be said that our carpet wasn't very dirty but had marks in it, Dylan went over it until he was happy with the clean and used his agitator brush to bring up the pile as much as possible, as it's now dried out it looks even cleaner!!
Going to have Dylan back in a few weeks to do the other downstairs room

Dylan came today to clean the living room and hallway carpets and I am very pleased with the result. He was on time, had a good look at what needed done,we decided to go for the stain protection too. The carpets look like new,would definitely recommend.

From initially contacting Dylan to finishing the job, Clean Steam have been thoroughly professional throughout. He always replies promptly to messages, and turns up exactly on time. Dylan works nonstop all day until the job is finished, and does a fantastic job too. Our old stairs and landing carpet had definitely seen better days but both those and the snug have come up brilliantly and our sofas look good as new. I would definitely recommend Clean Steam to anybody who wasn't to refresh their furnishings and carpet, they are worth every penny. Thank you Dylan!
