I contacted them and spoke to Joci Oliver on August 12th. It's now November, I had heard nothing, but Hayden reached out and is assisting me now - which is fabulous. Good customer service.

Was confirmed on the 6th of July with Kate Ashman, after all the documentations were signed, we would have the value to my claim within 3-5 working days. After months of chasing and being told we should hear back 'any day now', we were eventually were told, on the 22nd of September, that Mcdermott (their legal company) didn't get the funding and could no longer do the claims. I signed, again, all of our documents as requested and was told I should have an answer with 30 working days. Those went by and had no update. I called the company to find out more information and felt like the guy on the phone was not interested in the fact I have no been waiting over 5 months at this point and told me to call back next month to see if they have more of an update. Been a disapointing experience so far filled with false promises.

Really poor communication. Take your claim & never call back when they say they will. Constantly chasing up callbacks. Very poor customer service because of this.
