First time using this insurance company as it came up the cheapest for private hire insurance. (Tradex underwriter). Call centre staff are very un-professional & don’t seem to have had any training. Long wait times on calls & be prepared to wait on hold whilst they Google the questions & answers. I’m pretty sure the staff are high school failures, on £6 an hour with no paid breaks
