I am absolutely appalled at the unprofessional, unethical, and downright scam-like behaviour I have experienced with your company. This is by far the worst insurance experience I have ever had, and I am writing this to express my utter disappointment at how I have been treated.

From the very beginning, I provided all the information I had at the time in good faith and with full honesty. I was transparent and cooperative, ensuring that every detail was disclosed to the best of my knowledge. Yet, after a month, you had the audacity to accuse me of misleading you. When I asked you to review the call recordings, you admitted that I had clearly disclosed everything. But instead of taking responsibility for your own incompetence, you chose to cancel my insurance, wasting my time, money, and energy.

To make matters worse, you continuously demanded tons of my sensitive personal information, which I provided in good faith to carry on with the insurance. Now, I feel extremely unsafe knowing that my personal data is in the hands of such an irresponsible and unprofessional company. How can I trust that my information is secure when you can’t even handle basic customer service or uphold your own policies?

Your lack of communication is another level of incompetence. You ignore emails, make it a nightmare to contact you, and leave your customers stranded in the middle of nowhere. Is this how you treat people who trusted you with their insurance needs?

I am beyond disgusted with the way I have been treated. Clements Worldwide Insurance is a complete scam, and I will make sure to share my horrific experience with everyone I know. You have not only failed as an insurance provider but also as a company that claims to care about its customers.

The company is very quick to respond you and provide the information you need. I had all my insurances for my cars from this company for the last 2 years. They are also very quick to pay the refunds in case of selling of the car. Ms. Barbera Federica was the person I engaged and she made everything smooth and very quick.
