Having recently moved house, my wife and I sought advice to take out a new life insurance policy. From the initial contact, all the way through to the policy being agreed and in place, Clifton Asset Management have been brilliant. James came out to visit us and explained everything in detail and made the whole process really simple. It was great to have someone go through our circumstances and find the best deal to give us piece of mind. James was also on hand to answer any questions we had and was reliable in coming back to us. The application process was also made extremely easy with great communication from Victoria in the office. I would not hesitate to recommend Clifton Asset Management and throughout the entire process remained impressed.

From the first contact they take great pain to ensure the client understands the process and has a balanced view of options, risk and reward regardless of the clients prior knowledge. The team are then quick to respond, to follow up and lend support throughout the process making sure it flows as quickly as possible while the client is comfortable in their understanding and in charge of the facts at every stage. Transferred 2 pensions into this company after receiving exceptional financial advice from them which detailed all of my possible options. The advice was tailored to my personal needs, all details were then discussed and agreed at a face-2-face meeting including representation from Morgan-Lloyd, which incorporated any concerns I had being clarified. Now in my 50's I wanted to look more closely into structuring my future which involved transferring two pensions into a SIP. I received excellent financial planning advice from Emma with face to face consultations and a thorough explanation of options available to me. Throughout the process communication has been excellent both from Emma and the administration team and all questions or queries I had were answered clearly and professionally. The platform used to track my investments was easy to set up and easy to use.
