We cannot fault the entire staff at Clive Watkins in Neston. We dealt with Gemma, Josh and Olivia and they were always helpful, professional and friendly.
They recently sold our house for us.
Gemma gave us good advice when valuing the house initially.
Then having found a purchaser for us, we ended up in a very long chain which caused many problems-but Josh worked tirelessly to chase the agents and solicitors in the chain. He kept us informed throughout the sale process.
We could not have asked for a better Estate Agent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Clive Watkins Neston have been just the greatest! I inherited a leasehold property with a buyer scheme and a bankruptcy on the deeds. I have absolutely no idea about buying and selling properties and everyone I spoke to told me they'd never seen anything like this. The mortgage lender were trying to reposes a property that was near impossible to sell due to all the hoops needed to jump through. They were taking me to court monthly until the court finally ruled in the banks favour and gave me 42 days to sell a property I had been selling for 3 years. Josh Leyland at Clive Watkins phoned my solicitor and the buyers solicitor and everyone else involved every day of those 42 days to make sure this sale went through and it did! Thank you so much Josh and everyone at Clive Watkins that helped me. You will never understand how truly grateful I am.

I recently used Clive Watkin to sell a property, I approached them & another well known Estate Agent in Neston. The other Estate Agent valued it at £30k less than Clive Watkin!! Also, the other Agency were not particularly friendly & didn’t even bother to return one of my calls! Obviously we decided to sell our property with Clive Watkin, dealing mainly with Jemma & Olivia. They were brilliant from the day the property went on the market to the day of completion, friendly & professional throughout. I would recommend them to anyone.
