3 years down the line, close borthers still lying to my new insurance companys that I was at blame for me hitting third party, when it should be third party hit me!!! Have proof third party has taken responsibility for it. So now 2 insurance companies think I'm too blame and effecting my ncb and prices all because close brothers cant update the system. The whole claim with these was a joke from the start

do not use them. they take £470 out of your account for no reason. pull the whole it will be sent back in 10 days. its been 15 and ive been sat on hold for 20 minutes everytime i try call them about it and its been pushed back further. they are day light thiefs

Please, please, please, if you happen to read this before considering your options do NOT use this company. Cancelled car insurance due to no longer owning a car (following the correct process) and even received cancellation conformation from them, only to receive a letter from a debt collection agency for future payments. Use them at your peril!!!

The worst brokers in the world. Scammers. Run by a bunch of criminals, avoid ! Pushy extortion and unprofessional. Got car insurance and they botched it came up with made up claims to charge a further £340 . Never again

Bought car insurance with paying by monthly direct debit on 24th June, meant to pay on 23rd every month, tried to take the first payment on 3rd July less than 2 weeks after purchase and got a 25 pound late payment charge, utter gangsters would give zero stars if possible

Why after having cancelled my insurance in February of last year are you still appearing on my credit report?

After having read some more reviews, seems this place is run by criminals and that it will dissolve soon enough after having stolen alot of money from people, go on companies house, find the directors names and there you have your criminals.

Horrible company , they used bailiffs as we didn’t pay 80£ cancellation fee, Fee that they didn’t even mentioned before.
