Great IT Support company. The staff are excellent and always quick to help. I would definitely recommend working with these guys. We have a few services with them, and any issues we've had have been jumped straight onto and resolved quickly.

Fantastic communication, professionalism and value. Cloudtech resolved a problem we had been battling with for a year! We are extremely impressed with the service. They stuck within agreed budget even though they did extra and were always available to discuss the progress. We had one person to handle our issues (Dan) and he resolved it quickly and efficiently. We have been utilising the services of Cloud Tech for a few years now. They have always understood the requirements of our business needs and provided a friendly, efficient, cost effective and streamlined solution. A great company to work with and a vast amount of up to date knowledge in relation to cyber security and SME IT requirements.

We switched our Microsoft server based system to an Office/365 system, replacing our incumbent supplier, who were charging us roughly double the price.

The tech guys visited to put in a new comms set up - we were offline for maybe 10 minutes.

The migration was (almost) without a hitch. There was a problem with email address lists, but this was more Microsoft than anything else, as we never got to the reason why it happened, and our previous suppler weren't at all responsive.

It was a new way of working for us, but it settled down after a few weeks and with some configuration and process changes we moved forward. Personally, I like SharePoint, but my colleagues took a while to get use to it, and being able to work from home was much easier.

We have been with them for almost a year now, and apart from 'run of the mill' support 'phone calls, everything has worked out well.

Just this week, I was let down by my different communications supplier - badly let down. Although I was on the 'phone for almost two hours, Cloudtech24 were able to work out what the problem was, and once we had some configuration information, were able to get us back online in seconds.

If you are an SME, I believe this is a great company for you to consider switching your IT support over to. Responsive knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to sort out your issues.

Craig and the Team at CloudTech24 were a godsend when my business had to start working from home. We didn't have a clue how to make or transfer calls while out of the office but they had us sent up on a VOIP phone system in less that 2 hours! This means my business can keep going as usual. Would Highly recommend!
