CLS Money have been great at helping me get my first mortgage. I would like to personally shout out Jess though as she’s been absolutely brilliant. She’s been so kind and patient with me and supportive every step of the way. The process was very stressful but Jess made it easier and I’m just sad this part of the journey has come to an end for that reason! I’ve had a great experience using CLS Money, as a first time buyer it can be a rather daunting process buying a house, however information has been broken down and provided in a jargon free format.
Throughout my personal experience with CLS I’ve been looked after by James and Drew, who have been patient, approachable and thorough making sure my best interest is priority. The service and guidance provided by James and Drew has been second to none.
I have friends in a similar situation to myself as first time buyers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CLS, I personally will be using their services again in the future.

FANTASTIC SERVICE -CANNOT RECCOMEND ENOUGH

We’re just about to complete our purchase and CLS have been amazing throughout. We attended a meeting 5 months ago to discuss a mortgage with no intention of buying just yet, to get an understanding of the process. Molly explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions (even the silly ones). Within weeks we had our decision in principle. We should now be moving into our bought home this weekend!
The process has been extremely smooth and we have done hardly any of the work, they have done everything for us from beginning to end. Amy has been on the solicitors case and pushing it as quickly as possible and has also been on hand for any questions and queries.

Every staff member has been professional and shown an interest into our needs.

We cannot thank you enough CLS, amazing professional service from start to finish!

CLS money came highly recommended to me by a family member who also used them for their mortgage.
The whole process was extremely fast and simple. They use an app-based platform for you to upload all your information, Making the whole process seamless and speedy.. I personally dealt with a chap called Harry Maynard who I would highly recommend, he surpassed all expectations with regards to the mortgage deal and timeframe. He Seemed very down to earth and nothing was too much trouble. Correspondence is key and I will give them a 10/10, he always kept us up-to-date not leaving you thinking where you’re up to.
I will be without doubt back in touch in a couple years when it’s time to remortgage.
