I cannot thank Clyde & Co, in particular Wesley, highly enough for successfully overcoming what has been the most difficult period of my landlording life.

Wes and his team were approachable, professional and supremely knowledgeable throughout, guiding me from a hopeless situation to one of triumph.

A full 5 star rating simply isn't high enough for the way I feel. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wes and Clyde & Co to anyone, especially when faced with landlord issues.

Clyde & Co were instructed by our insurance company to try to recover costs for subsidence caused by our neighbour (which happens to be a very big UK corporation); The neighbour had trees very close to our property which caused subsidence. Clyde & Co LLP managed to get a settlement from our neighbour which included our insurance excess which we are very happy with. Special thanks go to Nathan Thompson and all the team that worked on this case. Fantastic effort and a wonderful result we are very happy with and very grateful for.

Clyde & Co's case handler compromised the case and gave the third-party an incorrect admission and a reason to not accept liability, all of which could have been avoided if Clyde & Co made any attempt to contact me at all.

Clyde & Co should have been acting in my defence but allowed the case to be compromised with false information.
