Good people, great service and quality of options for insurance products

I tried to get a quote on the phone regarding my business car insurance - Lady on the phone was very rude and wanted to end the conversation quickly.

No advise was given nor help, understand and professionalism. Clearly she's not happy working there and wants to do bear minimum.

I have now read other reviews of them to which the same thing is stated. I am surprised on how a poorly run business with unfit staff is still running.

ive had motor insurance with C and M for over 2 decades and can say without a doubt the staff in the Barking Road office have been brilliant to deal with. I now live over an hour away and have no problem dealing with our business over the phone or by email.
I highly recommend this office and the company as a whole.

Keep well clear of these guys .you would be better off.they are out for your money and wont do you any favours they will get you the highest quote..i have had a very bad experiance with them...when you have a problom they dont want to know ..they just wont your money...trust me stay well away..

Wouldn't even give one star, man on the other end of the phone was condescending, impatient, and short with me when looking for advice on a business car insurance policy. Shame as friend had recommended this comany to me 🙁
