Sophie reached out to me as she saw my CV on a job board. I’ve never heard of the role before but I was certainly interested. After she sent me the details for the role, I decided this would definitely be interesting and something I can do. Sophie was constantly communicating via emails and calls and was very supportive. When she went on holiday, she handed me over to Joe who was great as well. Once Sophie was back, she continuously checked in on me. I did the interview while she was out and Joe informed me of my success! They also put forward the salary I was asking for and that offer was accepted! I was so pleased with the service and I will certainly contact CMD in the future if I need another role! BY FAR the best recruitment agency I've ever worked with. Hannah has been amazing from the very start and has been very encouraging, actively searching opportunities for me and overall, led me to feel so comfortable during the recruitment process!
