The Business Cyber Centre project was already on a tight timeframe at the point of tendering for contractors due to government funding deadlines. After a competitive tender process, CMS came on board to provide project management, quantity and building surveying services. Led by Peter, with David, Ryan, Leila and Lauren, the BCC project was delivered on time and in budget which, without the CMS team’s time and attention to detail, as well as good humour and adaptability, would not have happened. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team and look forward to the next one.

CMS were invaluable in providing the project management and QS control to our project to build an indoor/outdoor climbing centre. As a charity we don’t have a lot of experience in building projects, but the team stood with us every step of the way. They set up a professional plan for us, liaised with contractors and suppliers, and pushed back at the teams to ensure milestones and deadlines were met. They proactively identified and managed issues and without doubt saved us money by pushing back on some areas of disagreement and delay. They were professional, consistent, and available to us at all times. We would certainly recommend them for any project.
