At their request, I temporarily removed the review while they worked to resolve the situation, as they explained the potential harm it could cause. The Managing Director, Chris, personally contacted me to provide clarity regarding the circumstances surrounding the delays.

Unfortunately, Chris, Nikki, and their family have been dealing with significant personal challenges, which had a notable impact on their day-to-day operations. As a result, communication with clients and the forwarding of payments were affected.

I was struggling to get money back from a ex friend for over 13 months and had no idea I had options to get help in retrieving this debt.
After coming across cobra I had a read through what they offer and It felt only right to choose them.. and I’m so glad I did!
I had an initial call with Steve who told me what I can expect and the timeframe etc etc, this gave me even more reassurance and I went ahead with them.
To say these guys work fast is genuinely an understatement. Within 24 hours (as they had mentioned to me) contact was made to my debtor and a portion of the payment was cleared. After that it only took a further 2/3 weeks to retrieve the last amount of my money!

Louis was my case handler and he’s honestly the sweetest most upfront person you could have helping you with this. He would update me via email after home visits and was very reassuring throughout the short time I’ve had dealing with them.
