I have been using Code 9 Security now for a few years for all our security needs at Three Choirs Vineyard in Hampshire also a wedding venue with over 50 weddings per year. All of the team from Code 9 Security have been very professional, with a wealth of knowledge to help us deal with various situations.

Code 9 Security has become part of our team, giving us the peace of mind and support in awkward moments. They provide help and guidance, becoming another member of our team rather than a separate entity.
Our venue concierge always turns up in a tailored suit, rather than the stereotypical security uniform which would not be fitting for a wedding venue, this fits with our image and brand. We find the consistency of our team a real plus too.

With colleagues, I brought a children’s choir to Winchester Christmas market where Code 9 were providing security services. They were friendly and personable, chatting to us and the children (despite the miserable weather, when I’m sure we’d all rather have been in the dry!) and very professional.

We returned the next day, when they also went above and beyond by helping my colleague to wrangle the sound system and get our backing music sorted, which was incredibly helpful. We were very impressed by the services they provided.

Code 9 Security Ltd have are currently delivering a site patrol and gate closure service on some of our remote nature reserve sites.
They run a very professional, high quality service acting as representatives of the council without any issues. They engage professionally and fairly with the public and communicate effectively and promptly with council officers whenever site based issues arise.
Having their daily presence on site has led to a significant reduction in the levels of antisocial behaviour and people frequently report that the security patrols make them feel safe.

They are not your average security team, their knowledge isn't just limited to security but also encompasses H&S, Fire Safety and a number of other specialist areas. I have referred to the team for their advice on many occasions, the outcome of which has resulted in our clients and external auditors being extremely happy with the protection of the operation.

We used to have real problems with trespass and vandalism at the site but since Code 9 have been helping us with security this has greatly reduced. With advice and random patrols, the integrity of the site has been greatly improved.
