Absolute shambles of a company. Missed a call, so i rang them back, automated system was no help so i selected the "for anything else" option and was passed through to a call center abroad. Asked for a reference number i couldn't give because no letters or email. Asked me for personal info, stated i didn't feel comfortable as i have no idea who they are or why they called, eventually gave them it. They can't find an account, asked for a reference number again that i can't provide, asked me to contact original client, who i have no idea who it is. Puts me on hold a bunch, can hear his manager stood behind him telling him what to do. Had to repeat my info and spell it all out letter by letter and number by number. If i wasn't on a scam list before i won't be suprised if i am now. Put on hold again for about 5 minutes and then they hung up on me...

Seems HMRC are just passing the unpaid penalties to different debt collectors. The penalty of £200 will not be paid under any circumstances.

The tax return and all tax was paid in time and in full. The penalty only arose when HMRC made an estimated payment on account and removed it when the tax return was filed despite being similar amounts.

I am not going to pay tax based on previous earnings in advance before having even earned the money! All payment on accounts have been removed.

Waste time and money at your peril. I’m not going to spend a day without pay trying to get through to HMRC because their computer just decided to incur a penalty.

Constantly sending me emails to a payment portal with no information of what it is I supposedly owe. I don't have any outstanding debts as I never buy anything on credit, confused and annoyed at daily spam.

I called on the 18/09/25 to discuss a payment that i had already paid . I am presently off sick with stress. However after speaking to Shurbya he noted this and treated me with respect. He listened , was patient,compassionate and very professional. I was advised to contact the HMRC to discuss this matter further. It was disclosed that I did not have to pay any Further monies . I would like to inform the CSC Collect that Shurbya is great asset to the company . He provides a brilliant service and he cares about the people who access the service . Just to say that he needs to be rewarded with a pay rise for his brilliant service that he provides every day

CCScollect have caused me a lot of stress recently, it started with a text then several automated calls asking me to pay a £7500 debt, nobody tried to speak to me & when I called them it's automated voices just saying get your card out & pay up, turns out it was all a big mistake. The way this mob conduct their business is shocking.

I was dealt with by a lady called Anne, who was delightful. My payment was for £78, which is quite a bit of money, but after talking to Anne about how she dropped her cardigan on the way to work it was worth the £78 just to
talk to her. Lovely lady.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company is a joke, they have no interest in trying to resolve anything and all the agent wanted to say was 'it would be easier if you paid it and got over it' and not bother to look at any of the evidence submitted to prove the balance has been rasied to the wrong person.
