I called in on Monday 11th to ask advice about filling out a renewal form for my husbands blue badge ...The lovely lady at the front desk directed me up stairs .The person I spoke to up stairs was anything but helpful asked me did I have medical proof for applying for it ..I said I didn't as I did not need it she went on to say that this is not a drop in centre..I took the forms off her and thanked her for her help!!!!!
