Completed a quote form on their website but had a query with one question. I called their “UK based” call centre - actually in South Africa. Their staff had no idea what the form required, then started blaming me for filing in the form incorrectly - then hung up on me. I emailed the company and complained about the poor and rude customer service - haven't even had a reply !
Ive bought the insurance elsewhere just as cheap.
