From my experience mortgaging had been extremely stressful but complete mortgages have changed the game!

Communication was so clear with direct instructions. Someone would always get back to you pretty much straight away!

Jesse, Laura and the team were always to hand to help guide us professionally through the mortgage process. They found us a competitive mortgage rate and monitored this throughout and informed us of a better deal which had become available that we were able to switch to before completing. If you get frustrated contacting companies these days because you cannot get through to a person but just an automated process, you will not get frustrated with Complete Mortgages. Whether it be telephone, online chat or email, they always answered our questions promptly and with efficiency. First time we have used an independent service for a mortgage but would now certainly recommend complete mortgages.

We just get the exchange date, and they helped us to start this process. Their service was great, I am highly recommended for everyone. At first usually a mortgage broker costs around £4-500, their service was free. As well the offers they make were good, and the service was really professional, understandable and quick. I can only do recommend them, if you looking for a polite and friendly team to work with.
