Caution!!! I had to deal with the owner of this company for over 2 years after an house fire and the only interaction that was easy was the day he signed us up. My wife gave birth 10 days after the fire so we needed help having just lost our home. Many people helped us in wonderful ways. This company was not one of them.

Once we were signed up, every step of the process was made more difficult by the owner, John.

There were periods of weeks we would be trying to contact him for a simple question and could not get any reply until we had to start complaining to the member of his business networking group that referred us to him. And this did not fix the problem. After you sign up, if you ever want him on the phone or doing anything on your behalf, it’s like pulling teeth.

Also in helping us plan, he reserved a demolition crew to show up at the same time as the construction crew that would be rebuilding. I’m not a contractor, but the contractors that were hired felt it was ridiculous that the other was there at the same time instead of demolition, then construction.

There are even more stories which there’s not enough room to get into. But if I had to do it again, I would either deal with insurance myself or hire a different public adjuster. Very poor experience that added insult to injury after a tragedy.
