Bonus is almost impossible to earn with unrealistic targets. You will also find that they’ll manage to avoid paying your bonus even if you DO manage to hit the ridiculous sales targets. In the 7 years I worked for the company, I rarely had a month where I was paid correctly and the same goes for my colleagues. It’s a running joke that know one knows what/if they’ll be paid each month! Hours are horrendous. You’ll be assured of “one weekend working every month” or so but it’s more like every Saturday and most Sundays. Shifts range from 11:30-8pm to 1:15-10pm to OCCASIONALLY an 8-4:30 which are better but so rare and you’re likely to have that scheduled straight after a 10pm finish the day before. After finishing my notice period, I didn’t have high hopes anyway but wasn’t surprised when I just didn’t receive my final pay! After chasing it I was sent a small amount but still not what I was actually owed. Bonus was missed for the last 3 months despite hitting and EXCEEDING the top targets.
It’s a job where you’re nagged incessantly by underqualified, inept management and an incredibly difficult/mentally and emotionally draining job to do for minimum wage (which is what you will be paid as bonus is never correctly paid, if at all). Steer clear. Avoid. Apply for a job where you matter to them.

Lovely place to work as far as call centers go. The team building is fantastic, you might spend a lot of time there but the relationships you build are worth it. I worked there for just over 4 months, only left because I am moving away from the area. Training is good and a lot of effort is put into coaching if you actually want to get better at your work. Very understanding managers and very compassionate but competitive environment. I will definitely miss working here

If Google gave 0 stars it would still be too generous. By far the worst company I have ever, ever worked for and I would recommend avoiding them at all costs. Constant never ending tech issues, they reel you in with the promise of a bonus you will never get, useless training with a useless trainer and worst of all management, so rude and uncaring as well as not being trained (there is just no way, because a chimp could manage a team better) my manager in particular, was so utterly useless, unavailable, incompetent and unprofessional that she was ultimately thr nail in the coffin in my short lived yet nightmare experience here.

This is a brilliant company to work for, the whole experience from recruitment to probation and thereafter is good, you get full training and support, wages and bonus always paid on time, problems are resolved very quickly, the environment is good, you are kept upto date with any new policies or changes, other staff and work colleagues are always helpful and on hand. The company is always doing its best to satisfy its employees and customers and does on occasions go out of its way. I have worked for this company 9 months plus and have no negative experiences.

Clients; don't use this company they clearly don't know how to manage records. They've been sending mail to an old addressee at my home for 9+ years even though we've returned it.

I worked for webhelp for around 2 months. The only decent thing about the job is the friends you make whilst you're there. Other than that I can't think of a good thing to say about this place. You're forced to take joint lunches with your campaign. Which basically means that there's an entire campaign away on break at one time so no work is getting done. The targets are impossible unless you're really kissing management's arse then they're lenient towards you. Was promised a great rate of salary and room to progress. Unfortunately that's only true if you join with friends higher up in management. Pay was never on time. Also you receive payslips on the day you get paid and occasionally the day before. Which really isn't enough time to sort finances out. Should've been paid £1200 after tax one month but only got £750, due to having one sick day. When asked management. They said finance will take care of it and they never did.

Google should have a 0 star rating because 1 star doesn’t justify the poorness of this company! DO NOT work for this company unless you want to be robbed for every hard earned penny. The staff are very poorly undertrained, the managers are all under the age of 20 and have absolutely no training along with knowledge of their job role or the law! Google should remove their website and services, what an absolute scam!!!

Worked for Webhelp on inbound sales since end of January. Training was alright but a bit pointless as when I came out of academy everything had changed and didn’t use anything from training. Nothing wrong with the trainers themselves they were lovely and was helpful. The big issue came when we were meant to go “live” and start taking calls, it took around 3/4 weeks to actually get online and taking calls which was just a joke. But when finally online all went smoothly for the first couple of days and then after that it went downhill. They have the support channel in which you ask questions and you sometimes get answers and others you just get ignored. More often than not you were helping people who you went through training with and vice versa. Manger was not really supportive and didn’t really help when concerns were mentioned and was told I was wrong and he couldn’t help me anymore. Whenever I had system issues I messaged manager- as I should have done- to them be told to message someone else and wait for them to help. Quite often I would wait the majority of my shift (4hours) to get a response and for the issue to be sorted. Sometimes I didn’t even get a response. I would have left webhelp sooner but the only thing that kept me there was the pay and bonus. When I did hand my notice in, manager didn’t ask why I was leaving or try and persuade me to say, didn’t seem that bothered. Rest of team and other managers are lovely
