After trying Lloyd’s for a remortgage, unsuccessfully, I tried Concept. I am self employed so wasn’t confident of getting anywhere but after an initial meeting with Paul, whose a nice guy, I felt a bit more confident. Claire Grennan was in charge of my application and it was a breeze. She found me a cracking deal, five year fixed from a high street lender, and was a pleasure to deal with.
