This place comes with 5 ? from us , after being told i couldn't get a mortgage offer by another mortgage advisor, Christian and the team where great from start to finish, first house fell through due the mortgage offer expiring due to a probate issue.
The team where always on the phone and WhatsApp when ever i needed them. sometimes i felt like i called too much . never an issue and always happy to help and provide me with advice, also on hand to give the solicitors a big nudge when needed and on occasions boy did we need that sometimes. First time buyers we was new to all of this it got pretty stressful at times, again Concept & team stepped up they where there to talk us through everything. Thank you once again

Christian was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. I booked for mortgage advise before going to view a run down house in Bebington, and ended up getting talked out of it by christian because he could tell just from the pictures the damage and cost to repair, and he was spot on when I went to view it. I haven’t taken a mortgage yet as I’m still saving but the help and advice I got (for free) says a lot, including advice on what to do with my current rental property. I’ve recommended to a couple of people and will hopefully be back in the new year ready to go all the way!
