Had a really good experience with Connected Security Group. The first Aid was spot on and our tutor was really good to work with. The Door Supervisor course was really well detailed and again the tutor was really good. They answered any questions we had and double checked wether we were comfortable to move on. I would Highly recommend connected Security Group. They deliver the full SIA course including the SIA Top up course at a very fair and reasonable price with the First Aid included, which is delivered by a professional lady.
The SIA instructors are very experienced with a wealth of experience and knowledge. The instructors were very professional in all areas of the security industry. I have been a Door supervisor for 20 years; but this weekend I learnt so much more.
The venue was nice, and easy to find with Free easy access parking. .

First class training facility. I attended my first-aid course with Connected Security Group. Delivered by an experienced professional. A very hands-on session and a range of areas covered. Great facilities and convenient parking. Highly recommended.

I later returned to undertake my door supervisor course and once again a great standard of professional training was delivered. In this instance the course leader was highly experienced in the industry and had now become a great trainer.

The facilities are first class in terms of the building and location, but the way the practical assessment and the tuition was given by Steve was outstanding.

Superb set up and grateful to the team for what was delivered in terms of training.
