I started using this company in the autumn of 2023. My first contact was over the phone but as I was changing from accountants that were face to face I did go to their main office in Poole which was very reassuring.
My first self assessment tax return was prepared and filed with no problems. It was done through a secure portal but the accountant was always available to talk to. In the end it seems I was due a tax rebate, even better! They are always helpful throughout the year over any financial issues.
They are definitely good value for money. I pay through a monthly direct debit so spreading the cost.

Clear, patient accounting services for a new small business with very little experience. I was looking for a new accountant and was recommended Contrast/Accrue accounting. And they have been really good - happy to spend time talking through issues that my previous accountants never really identified, always available and responsive when I have needed to talk something through or question next steps. For someone with very little business knowledge or experience they have been brilliant. I just wish I had been with them from day one of my business and not with a much more expensive, less effective accountancy firm!

Ricky has been my accountant for a couple of years now and I couldn't be more satisfied with him and his team. My almost constant questions are welcomed and quickly answered in what is a much more personal experience than I have received previously elsewhere. Tax returns are always taken care ahead of time and I have no concerns whatsoever about anything being overlooked.
