Coppermark is an incredible company. Greg Cannon came to our home and got on our roof and determined that we had 40 yr shingles on our home. He did not have to do this but he did. But with Coppermark's expertise when dealing with insurance companies, they were able to get our insurance company to agree to an appraisal process. This took some time to complete but Stephanie Lee was diligent and stayed the course with all parties making sure things kept moving along. In the end, we got an appraisal process. Coppermark went above and beyond all expectations. They worked relentlessly for us when dealing with our insurance company. These folks are awesome and I would recommend Stephanie, Greg and Coppermark to anyone having issues with their insurance company.
