My experience with Cornerstone Property Management has been truly amazing.

I have recently purchased a two bedroom apartment in London that falls under their management and I must say the block always looks impeccable and the property managers always know who I am whenever I call the office. They are always there to help no matter what the issue is and are very good at communicating their plans with all the leaseholders within the block.

My experience with Cornerstone Property Management has been a very positive one from day one as soon as they took over the management of the flat that I live in.

I live in a 257 HMO conversion, this means the block wasn't purpose built. Something I was not aware of before i bought the place. Gladly the guys at Cornerstone have assured us (all the leaseholders) that they have dealt with such buildings before.

At first I was very concerned with the fire risks before Cornerstone took over however after couple of months of taking over they have even upgraded our front doors to FD30 approved doors that protect me from fire spreading.

Overall very happy and will recommend them to everyone in the same situation as I was.

We have recently purchased a flat in Colchester and we are now very happy with the block that we live in.

Before Cornerstone came on board we used to have issues with people parking in our spaces that are not even residents however once we have informed them they quickly acted upon this and got the issue sorted out and brought in a company that deals with this.

They are great with service charges and explaining everything in a way that we understand perfectly.

I cant rate them highly enough and would definitely recommend them to leaseholders looking for a professional company to look after their block.

Cornerstone have been really good to us. They have taken care of all the issues within the communal areas of our block, problems that were inherited from the previous management company. My experience has started when I have consulted Lee Yang from Cornerstone Property Management regarding the service charges on a apartment that I have purchased. He was very thorough in explaining the lease to me in simple terms that I could understand and has highlighted all the important parts that would have taken me a very long time to find and fully understand.

Every time I call them they are there to help and Neil Cannons, our property manager, is always on top of everything and a real joy to speak to.

I highly recommend Cornerstone Property Management to leaseholders looking for good old fashioned service where you are always made to feel important, not being passed from pillar to post and all communal issues being kept on top of at all times.
