I can't speak highly enough of this company, and in particular of Nikki. Renewing insurance is painful enough each year, and even worse when you have an usual RV to insure. Nikki was so polite, helpful and pleasant. Dealing with companies every day on the phone, i get fed up with the uninterested way customer service advisors fob off usual enquiries. Nikki took my request as a personal challenge and managed to get me a better quote. Absolutely 5* service.
