Absolutely useless. Constantly pass the buck to the landlord, who often fails to sort an issue. When you chase an issue up, they say the Landlord needs to be given time.

There is constantly a new property manager. The property manager never emails to introduce themselves so you seem to be emailing blind and phoning the office to speak to someone who couldn’t care less about the particular issue. Call staff are often unhelpful and impolite.

Typical blackmailers when it comes to returning deposit. Worst agency in UK - will bring fake claims against you to make deductions. Deducted 900 pounds for fully written off items /mattress.

If I could give zero stars I would. Family left without a bathroom for 8 months. Water coming through the ceiling, myself left with the repairs. No maintenance fixed regarding white goods, they had to be replaced by myself.

Very shady and unprofessional agents - always finding ways to take up deposits without giving any fair reason/oppurtunity. They tried to deduct amounts from us which were already mentioned as perfect in check -out report and when you confront them they say oh it was by error. This was done for around 10 items. Please do your-self a favour and avoid these agents at all costs.

LANDLORDS DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNPROFESSIONAL they keep tenants going around in circles most them are always “on holiday” so there’s always someone new dealing with your case non of them clearly talk to each other and tell them what’s going on with properties all of them are clueless!!!

Common thieves and bullies. They wouldn't let me leave the tenancy agreement earlier and made me pay for the entire month even though the apartment was empty for 3 weeks and I was not using it or had access to it as I surrendered the keys back to them. All this after I was a faithful tenant to them for 10 years without any issues at all from my side.
And if you ever see the name Nayna Patel as a landlord do not rent from her, she is the worst landlord in the Midlands.
