I am a first time buyer and I was referred to Rob Philpin by a friend. Rob is great at introducing the technicalities and nuances of applying for mortgage and buying a property. He is very patient and understands a new house buyers situation. He is very approachable and knowledgeable and takes time to explain things clearly. He is also very attentive to detail and replies to emails promptly. I am very pleased to say my first time property buying experience with Rob has been very smooth and stress free. The whole thing from approaching Rob for advice to getting keys for my property lasted 4 months and he was available to help during this time. I will surely be using Rob's services in the future. I recommend him fully for future property buyers.

We found Rob Philpin by looking for the best recommended mortgage services in Cambridge online and decided to give him a call. Rob was great and guided us through the first-time buyer process, ensuring we didn't have to panic and understood what was meant to happen at each stage. He was great, and really appreciated the time he took - we were able to sit with him and talk face-to-face, which can't be said for all aspects of the home purchase these days! Rob organised our mortgage and insurances for the move to our new home, which was made more complicated by two sales and one purchase falling through, a couple of them last minute, and took over a year from when we first met to reach completion. During all this time Rob was always available, happy to answer any of our questions and update our products as required. I would recommend Countrywide Mortgage services to take all the hassle out of this part of moving house and although we would definitely use them again, we hope not to as we plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.

We have worked with Itsari from Countrywide Mortgage Services to reach our goal to have our first home. Itsari was very helpful and super nice. She was always there for us, every step of the way, providing recommendations when we needed it. A lot of things were new to us and seemed complex but she had the patience to explain everything to us multiple times which for we are very grateful.
