DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What a complete joke. They don't cover disruption or cancellation for return flights AT ALL, regardless of what policy you take. I got premium, which was one up from basic, but there were levels above this and even if i had paid more my return journey would still not have been covered. I have never had to claim for a trip before, and had given my policy a quick read through, but honestly thought that return cover would be so standard that not having a specific section interrogating the details of when the airline cancels your return flight with no reason and can't fit you on any alternative flight for at least a week, that that would be something your insurance would cover. Or else, what's the bloody point So, unless you are taking out travel insurance for a laugh, with no intention of ever using it because you don't plan to ever actually travel, I would avoid this company as they are sh*t.
