Tuesday lunchtime I called in and asked Dan to help with some specialist insurance. It's now Thursday evening and ive heard nothing, thankfully I managed to sort elsewhere. It would have taken 2 minutes to make that courtesy call assuming he couldn't help. I've given one star as it wouldn't let me leave none.
