Phoned for a quote, took my name and number and i am still waiting for a call back, i won't be asking them next year!

Did not met them, but my 2 star review score is because I called them three times for a car insurance:
First time: asked my phone number and told me they will call me back (did not)
Second time: called them again next morning. Told me call them after 11:00
Third time: Called them at 11:30, got my phone number and told me they will call back within half an hour (and did not after 6 hours).

Do not pull your customers on.
