I've got my car insurance from here since my first car over 25 years ago. Not any more.
They used to provide a dedicated, personal five star service second to none. Today I phoned to be told..."Can you go on hold, I'm dealing with another client at the moment" ! Also, my claim from December last year is still unresolved despite the 3rd party immediately accepting liability and authorising repairs 4 months ago. "That's all dealt with by Claims Line, nothing to do with this office" !
It's a shambles and I'm off.
