had a survey done by a young lovely lad called Callum, he was so lovely, didn't makes us feel
uncomfortable and literally felt like we had a friend over, our dogs aren't very friendly, and understood and was still letting us know what he was doing and honestly was so lovely to have him, as some people will just ignore and get on with the job, so it was lovely having someone who does the job and can be super friendly! best customer service i have ever had!

The engineer carried out his work efficiently. He was checking the whole house for air quality and draughts. He was really friendly and explained exactly what he was doing and what it all meant. He even warned us about the loud bangs the nachine wasbto make so we could take our dogs outside. Very thoughtful of him.
