My flooring was damaged in May and this was water damage! This is still not sorted. They use home options to deal with claims and they have been absolutely ridiculous to deal with! They state they only replace the damaged area even though my flooring matches from the Sitting room to the front door! I'm expected to have odd patches of flooring! Even after stating I would pay the extra £80 for the passage area I'm still waiting for a pay out!!! The dampness stinks. I have sent about 20 emails and same in phonecalls. If this ever gets sorted I will certainly be leaving this company and telling family to as well! Avoid!!!!!
