Crawco's actions have gone too far—far beyond reasonable limits—in an attempt to find any pretext, no matter how trivial, to sabotage my claim. To deny that the injury constitutes an accident is an unjustifiable and shameful attempt. Whoever made that decision should feel ashamed for taking such a low approach.
Their e-mails are NEVER signed by a human name.

Shocking experience after esso handed off a claim to them after their tanker driver dumped a load of diesel into the unleaded tank.

Took over a month to get money back, emails ignored and timelines not provided. Oh and when you’re not paying for time and inconvenience don’t compound issues by providing exceptionally poor service especially when your representing a company who were in the wrong

Had an ongoing matter that they’ve supposedly been dealing with for close to a year now, finally received a vague email from Caroline Newsome only to not hear from her again. It has been over a month since any contact and I’m unable to receive any update on the matter.

Really bad customer service. Nobody is picking up my phone. Called crawford tpa and my shell claim apparently its with another company based in Birmingham. I have 2 hours waiting the other day nobody answered. And today i have 30 minutes.

AVOID ALL INTERACTIONS WITH THESE CLOWNS!

My complaint was forwarded to them from Wecasa (another useless business) after my Wecasa cleaner moved my mirror and damaged the paintwork on my wall.

I provided clear evidence of the damage (which corresponds to positioning of the sharp edges of the mirror) and a message from the cleaner saying she moved the mirror.

The dim-witted claim ‘investigator’ said that because the cleaner (who is the policyholder and their customer) said she didn’t do it, they’ve ruled in her favour.

They don’t even try to hide their desire to not want to pay out.

The case handlers are not helping at all. They are not professionally trained. Very unprofessional attitude towards customers. My parked car was hit by third party and they end up reporting as a Fault Claim. ?‍♂️ if u request some information from them, they wouldn’t bother typing a letter instead they will send u a real phone picture of their computer screen . My local pizza shop is more professional than this if I amend my order

My claim is still pending since june 2022 and they cannot seem to find the deliveroo cyclist who hit my car. Horrible insurance company who does not communicate or reply back. I have to chase it up and get updates from deliveroo instead. Horrible.

Can this company legaly still operate with all this negative feedbacks.

To start my review I should mention broadspire europe / alliance health and top notch Crawford. All three names deserve a review without a star as it’s a insult for a star to be here. Such a bad service by claim handling peoples. They’ll try to make you feel awful as much as that you would wanna leave the claim. If you ever feel like you are involved or buying any health insurance or services with these guys please consider other options as you’ll left with no money and no cover. Very bad service and awful companies to deal with. Hate to say that they have right to do business in the country. Hope they get what they deserve and feel the same way as the hopeless client feel. Nasty to even be in touch with you guys ?
