Avoid avoid avoid!!! They are theives who will trick you and rob you of your money if you are not careful. If you have an agreement with them keep a record of all transactions. A windfall I paid in hadn't been processed and I had to fight to get it added to my IVA. A loan payment that were taken after my IVA started was not deducted from my total debt. Try getting through to customer services by phone or email... It will be a very long wait!! I had to wait for my annual review when they contacted me to get my issues resolved as I refused to do the review until my concerns were resolved. I then had customer services agents threaten me with reporting me to my creditors so that the IVA would fail. 9/10 the goal posts will change and months will be added to your agreement. The customer services agent never respond to direct questions they always use jargon and leave you even more confused. Absolute vile company which needs to be reported to the ombudsman. Any positive feedback and comments must have been paid for so don't fall for it!

Shocking, disgusting to name a couple of the words to describe this company. Don't do it, there's a better way than what this company can offer. Dreadful communication unless they want you money. I'm try to pay it off early and all I'm getting is delay tactic after delay tactic. It takes over a week to respond to an email. You speak with someone and they the goalposts change to suit them. 3years of a nightmare that nearly made me want to take my own life. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY - company no longer registered with the financial conduct authority as stated on their website!!!!
Recently finished my IVA, had no correspondence about what happens now, not even an email. I had to call to be told I’ll have to wait up to 6 MONTHS for documents. I also have had a double final payment taken totalling £500!! Not happy at all with this company, they are happy to take your money but when you completed your arrangement they are nowhere to be seen.

Excellent service as always. Spoke to a gentleman called Martin today. Have been having a few money troubles this month. Asked if my direct debit which is due on the 17th can be taken out on the 19th as disability living allowance will go in on 18th. Not a problem at all. Martin was polite, had an excellent telephone manner and nothing was a problem at all. I have used Creditfix for almost a year now as got into a lot of financial debt. The service from the whole team has been fantastic. Thank you again.

Hard to deal with and failed to complete my account finalisation within the 6 months they promised. They wouldn't drop my payments during furlough as the payments are based on your previous earnings. No compassion and awful at returning documents. Failed to deliver documents to my insurance provider on time leaving me without insurance and stranded.

Afford this company. My iva finished last year and been waiting 6 Months and I still got my closure certificate. When I talk to them and explain my situation I get told yes next week we will email. Worse thing I ever did was a Iva.

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up to them, they send you threatening emails 1 year!! After signing up for information which they had when I started, they never answer calls or emails .

All these negative comments but I will give a positive. Finished my IVA in Feb 24. Received my completion paperwork through Feb this year. Does take a while for this to arrive.
